Mini Reformer Pilates classes are run every 30 minutes, first-come first-serve. Arrive early to secure your spot.
Featuring an outdoor Live DJ Mat Pilates Class & Sound bath
DJ Mac P is bringing the beats for an outdoor MNT Method Mat Pilates class with incredible waterfront views. Close out class with a restorative, nervous system resetting Sound Bath led by Hannah Siddiqui.
Class begins at 12 PM, we recommend arriving a minimum of 30 minutes early to get your free wristband to participate. Bring your own mat, sunnies and sunscreen.
