REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR - Palo Alto

  • Requirements:

    • A passion for movement, the MNT brand, and inspiring others

    • Reformer certification (if you are not certified already, you can go through our Teacher Training)

    • Comprehensive Pilates certification a bonus (Mat, Cadillac, Chair, and auxiliary equipment)

    • Ability to teach Pilates classes that are athletic, creative, and energetic, while rooted in the classical principles of alignment, precision, and fluidity

    • Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring

    • Availability early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

    • Punctual, reliable, team player, enthusiastic, and personable

  • Responsibilities

    • Teach Group Reformer classes and private appointments in the MNT style. (MNT classes are contemporary and athletic with a focus on form. Note: Experienced instructors joining the MNT team go through a bridge program to learn the MNT approach.)

  • Type of Employment: Part-time employee with benefits available starting at 20 hours per week (health, vision, 401k)

FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE – Palo Alto

Our Front Desk Team members set the tone for the client experience at MNT. 

  • Requirements:

    • Interest in health and wellness

    • Passion for customer service

    • Retail experience a plus

    • Experience with kids a plus

    • Punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, and personable

    • Availability early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

  • Responsibilities:

    • Open/close the studio

    • Check in clients

    • Tidy up the studio space

    • Take inventory and restock MNT The Shop

    • Care for kids in the childcare area

    • Address client concerns and questions in person, via email, and phone

    • Support the management team with events, long term projects, and other MNT initiatives
