  • Must haves:

    • 2+ years of experience leading group fitness classes—any type, any style, we love it all!

    • A love for movement, Pilates, the MNT brand, and motivating others to feel their best!

    • A desire to teach Pilates classes that are athletic, creative, and full of energy, all while keeping things grounded in the classic principles of alignment, precision, and flow—whether you're already a pro or ready to dive into the world of Pilates!

    • Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring

    • Available to teach early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

    • Must be available to teach at least 6 classes per week

    • Punctual, reliable, team player, enthusiastic, and personable

  • Bonus Points:

    • You’ve got a Reformer certification under your belt

    • Lead group Reformer classes and private sessions, all in the MNT style!

Community Manager – Palo Alto

Our Community Manager Team members set the tone for the client experience at MNT. 

  • Requirements:

    • Interest in health and wellness

    • Passion for customer service

    • Retail experience a plus

    • Sales experience a plus

    • Experience with kids a plus

    • Punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, and personable

    • Availability early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

  • Responsibilities:

    • Open/close the studio

    • Check in clients

    • Tidy up the studio space

    • Take inventory and restock MNT The Shop

    • Follow up with existing and prospective clients

    • Care for kids in the childcare area

    • Address client concerns and questions in person, via email, and phone

    • Support the management team with events, long term projects, and other MNT initiatives

  • Type of Employment: Part-time employee with benefits available starting at 30 hours per week (health, dental, 401k). Base + Commission

Assistant Manager, Studio Sales & Events – San Francisco Marina

The Assistant Manager, Studio Sales & Events will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our studio community. You will be responsible for developing and executing community engagement/events strategies, overseeing member relations and sales, and fostering an inclusive environment that encourages participation and collaboration. Your goal will be to enhance the overall experience of our members and ensure that our studio remains a welcoming space for all. You will report directly to the Studio Director. This is a full-time position that requires you to be in-studio 40 hours per week.

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in community management, sales, and/or events, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.

    • Strong understanding of community-building strategies and best practices.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

    • Proficient in social media platforms is a plus.

    • Passion for wellness and a commitment to fostering an inclusive community.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Community Engagement: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase community involvement and membership growth and retention. 

    • Member Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with studio members, addressing concerns and feedback to enhance their experience. Find opportunities for upsells within the community.

    • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute studio and community events with the Studio Director that align with our wellness philosophy and promote member participation.

    • Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence, creating engaging content that reflects our brand and encourages community interaction.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with instructors and staff to create a cohesive community experience, ensuring that member needs are met across all offerings.

    • Feedback & Reporting: Gather feedback from members and analyze engagement metrics to continually improve community initiatives and report on success.

    • Wellness Advocacy: Promote wellness initiatives and educate members on the benefits of our services, fostering a supportive and informed community.
