What makes Pilates at MNT different?

 

Class types

Our group classes are full-body, athletic-focused and form-focused. We program our classes to build strength and muscular endurance by selecting resistance that challenges muscles, and we incorporate props like the Pilates box, Pilates ball, Pilates ring, resistance bands, ankle weights, wooden dowels and free weights to enhance the workout while emphasizing proper form, alignment, and technique. You can expect to feel a burn!

  • New to Pilates or looking to reconnect with the basics? Foundations is your launchpad into the MNT Method, a gentler, intentional Reformer experience designed to build confidence, strength, and body awareness from the ground up.

    This isn’t your average intro class. You’ll explore alignment, breath, and precise movement with the same creative, athletic edge that defines MNT, just at a more grounded pace. Expect energizing music, expert cueing, and supportive props to meet you where you are, while guiding you into your flow.

  • Flow meets mindfulness in this elevated, slower-paced Reformer experience. This class offers creative movement with a gentle tempo and a deeper focus on lengthening, balance, and body awareness. You’ll move through thoughtfully designed sequences that prioritize breath, alignment, and control. It’s less about intensity, more about intentionality.

    Ideal for those who want to move with more grace than grit, this class helps you build connection, coordination, and flow, without the heat of MNT Signature’s spice.

  • The class that defines the MNT Method. Rooted in the principles of classical Pilates, turned way up. MNT Signature delivers an athletic, high-energy, low impact Reformer experience built on creativity, precision, and powerful flow. Designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and coordination, each session moves with intention: fast-paced transitions, fun sequencing with spicy prop integration, and creative layering ensure no two classes are ever the same.

    Whether you're seasoned or stepping into a new challenge, this all-levels class meets you where you are and moves you forward with fire and purpose.

  • Ready to level up? Advanced Reformer is our most athletic, high-energy class designed for experienced clients (aka you’re an MNT Pro) craving next-level strength, power and precision.You’ll move through dynamic, creative flows with faster transitions, advanced layering, and some fun moves you haven’t seen before that challenge your endurance, control and mental focus. Expect spicy props integration, intentional fire and uplifting music to keep your practice strong and your mind sharp. 

    This class is not recommended during pregnancy. Newer to Pilates? Start with MNT Foundations or MNT Signature to build your base.

  • This is your heart-pumping, full-body challenge. Reformer Bootcamp blends classical Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training, using the Jumpboard for low-impact cardio that gets your heart racing while staying kind to your joints. Expect powerful sequences, athletic pacing, and invigorating music to keep your energy high and your body flowing. Props add extra fire as you sculpt, tone, and strengthen from the inside out. 

    Accessible to all levels, but not recommended during pregnancy.

  • Turn up the heat, literally. Heated MNT Mat is our newest Pilates experience, designed to ignite strength, sweat, and serious core power in a studio warmed to a gentle 80°. You'll flow through athletic, full-body sequences rooted in classical Pilates, amped up with dynamic layering, strategic props, and the added burn of heat.

    Each movement is synced to the beat, helping you tap into your rhythm and stay grounded in the flow. Expect fire playlists, energized transitions, and that signature post-class glow from moving hard and sweating with purpose.

    Open to all levels, but get ready to sweat and strengthen like never before. Not recommended during pregnancy.

  • MNTMAMA is our dedicated pre and postnatal Reformer class, thoughtfully designed to support strength, stability, and deep connection through every stage of motherhood. Using the MNT Method’s modern approach to Pilates, this class offers a safe, effective workout tailored to your changing body, whether you’re preparing for birth, newly postpartum, or rebuilding your foundation.

    You’ll focus on core and pelvic floor health, breath, posture, and intentional movement, all enhanced by expert cueing, purposeful props, and energizing music. You’ll also learn essential modifications you can take into other MNT classes with confidence and care.

    Note: If you’re past 20 weeks, we kindly ask that you complete two MNTMAMA classes before joining MNT Signature to ensure a supported and safe experience.
