INFRARED SAUNA
Step into our Communal Sauna, a revitalizing space designed to ground your nervous system, awaken your senses, and restore balance from the inside out. This isn’t just recovery; it’s ritual.
Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy: Detox and promote cellular regeneration with full-spectrum infrared heat and skin-nourishing LED red light.
Semi-Private Setting: Designed for up to 2 people per session, communal by nature, cozy by design.
Towels Included: Just show up, we’ve got everything you need.
CHILDCARE
$15 per child
Limit of 3 children ages 0 to 7 at a time
Parent must stay onsite at all times
We know how hard it can be to coordinate a babysitter when all you want to do is get a quick workout in. Our childcare area offers a safe, fun and clean environment. We are screen-free unless you specifically ask for your child to use a device to watch a show.
