HEATED MAT PILATES
Turn up the heat, literally. Heated MNT Mat is designed to ignite strength, sweat, and serious core power in a studio warmed to a gentle 80°. You'll flow through athletic, full-body sequences rooted in classical Pilates, amped up with dynamic layering, strategic props, and the added burn of heat.
Each movement is synced to the beat, helping you tap into your rhythm and stay grounded in the flow. Expect fire playlists, energized transitions, and that signature post-class glow from moving hard and sweating with purpose.
SAUNA
Step into our Infrared Red Light Therapy Sunlighten Sauna, a revitalizing experience designed to ground your nervous system, awaken your senses, and restore balance from the inside out. This isn’t just recovery; it’s ritual.
Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy: Detox and promote cellular regeneration with full-spectrum infrared heat and skin-nourishing LED red light.
Semi-Private Setting: Designed for up to 2 people per session, communal by nature, cozy by design.
Towels Included: Just show up, we’ve got everything you need.
Comes with Pilates Membership: We are not currently selling Sauna only memberships or packages but all pre-sale memberships come with 1-4 Sauna sessions per month.

MNT Burlingame is opening with a schedule built for real life: early weekday mornings starting at 6:05am, plus evening options through 6:30pm or 7:30pm. On weekends, we’ll run classes all morning into the early afternoon. You’ll find both Mat and Reformer classes, with a strong focus on Reformer at launch.
