Similar to Group Reformer Classes, Grip Socks are required. If you forget yours MNT has a stylish selection for sale for your convenience.
Our instructors all have different backgrounds, but one thing they have in common is that they all are exceptional and are MNTSTUDIO accredited. If you have an injury, recovery, or other specific need, please reach out prior to booking directly. While our instructors are all amazing, at this time we are not able to work with all conditions at the Marina studio. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities and we want to make sure we are fully prepared to meet your needs.
