The MNTSTUDIO style of Pilates fuses the classical principles of alignment, fluid movement, and precision, with more contemporary athletic techniques to produce more noticeable results in a shorter amount of time. Our classes are challenging, yet accessible to all. You'll leave feeling accomplished, energized, and worked head-to-toe. Expecting clients are welcome in all classes up until 20 weeks, after which time you will be required to either take private sessions or join our prenatal classes.
Advanced Power Reformer classes are for intermediate/advanced Pilates students. We recommended 10+ Reformer classes at MNTSTUDIO as a prerequisite, and please do not sign-up if you’re injured.
If you have a major injury, we require a doctor's note before you participate in a class or private session.
