MNTbarre is an energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance, Pilates, and yoga that will tone, define, and chisel the whole body. Unlike other barre classes you may have tried in the past, MNTbarre will make you sweat. We combine precise toning moves with cardio blasts that get your heart thumping and those endorphins going, all while playing the best tunes. Classes are mixed level yet vigorous, so if you have a major injury or are brand new to MNTbarre, please call the studio first to ensure this class is appropriate for you.
