Something you may not know about me: I grew up internationally having lived on a Brazilian island, in London, England, and finally in California. As a result, I have a love of travel, foreign cultures, and languages (I speak 4!).
Biggest love: MNT is one of my greatest passions and joys, but my family, especially my amazing husband and gorgeous son are the lights of my life.
When I'm not teaching ... I love to spend time with my son, Leo. I also like to cook delicious, healthy meals for friends and family.

When I'm not teaching I... Love to have people over for dinner. I can't imagine a better way to spend a Friday night than trying a new yummy recipe and a glass of wine with friends!
Something you may not know about me: I am a dancer and spent my high school and college years in musical theater. I do love a stage!
What I love about teaching: I get so much inspiration from my clients! When I see people in my classes start to really master a movement, I get so excited. I regularly dream about Pilates, waking up with new ideas is the best!

What you love about teaching: I'm most passionate about each client getting the most out of their time in the studio. Everyone has different intentions during a class and if you get what you'd like out of your 50 minutes, that makes teaching worthwhile.
Go to healthy snack: I'm such a sucker for raw vegetables. I'd have to say cucumbers and baby carrots are a staple in my refrigerator, but I love any kind of raw veggie... And don't forget the red pepper hummus!
What I love about teaching: It's so rewarding being able to educate and help others to better themselves. I love guiding my students and clients to finding their limits, pushing them further than they imagined and feeling so accomplished afterward. Hearing positive feedback from my classes is always fulfilling, knowing that I am making a difference in creating so many healthier, happier lives.

Morning routine: I wake up at 5am every morning. First thing I do is to drink a big cup of warm lemon water. After having a quick breakfast, I head to MNT for a Pilates class – that's the best part of my day!
Biggest love: Mother Nature for sure. No matter in what weather or element, I just love being outside enjoying the beauty of our nature. I usually find my peace while hiking, running and camping but I also enjoy skiing, kayaking, scuba diving, etc.
Something you may not know about me: I'm Registered Nurse and also a certified Holistic Health Coach and Run Coach. I like to simplify health and fitness, making it fun and desirable. My goal is to show that a healthy lifestyle is not about being perfect 24/7, but about taking control over your own life while enjoying it.
What I love about teaching: I love meeting new clients and helping them feel good about themselves while achieving their goals. I truly feel privileged and honored to be part of their journey, and I always become motivated and inspired by seeing them thrive.
Go to healthy snack: Green smoothies! I’m currently on a tropical kick, using one frozen banana, a handful of frozen pineapple, a handful of frozen kale (that way I can buy giant bags and not worry about it going bad), an orange, a red bell pepper, and some vanilla protein powder. Give it a try, it’s delicious!
Something you may not know about me: I will be a dentist in less than a year. I am currently full-time in the clinic—if you need some dental work, let me know!
What makes you an awesome instructor? I have a strong anatomy background, providing me with the knowledge and ability to emphasize the proper alignment while teaching. This allows students to go deeper in their practice.

Song that gets you going: I love music. Currently in my ear buds I've been listening to "Feel It Still" by Portugal The Man and "Thunder" by Imagine Dragons. At home on my turn table though, it's early Tina Turner, Steve Miller Band and Fleetwood Mac. Old school all the way!
Morning Routine: I start my morning with a cup of warm water and apple cider vinegar to awaken my body from the inside out. Then I make a pot of coffee and enjoy it on the couch with all my loves.

Morning routine: I am a news junkie so I read the news first thing while I drink coffee and eat breakfast. When I have time, I squeeze in a Pilates class or routine at home.
What you love about teaching: I love inspiring students to be stronger and healthier while having fun and working hard at the same time.
Nutrition AND Health COACH
Go to Healthy Snack: Unsweetened nut butter (for protein) with an organic apple or celery sticks (for fiber). Added bonus, sprinkle with hemp seeds for a good dose of healthy fats!
Morning routine: The first thing I do upon waking up every morning is drink a large glass of warm water with lemon and apple cider vinegar to alkalize my system, jump start my digestive juices and give me tons of energy.
