The MNTSTUDIO style of Pilates fuses the classical principles of alignment, fluid movement, and precision, with more contemporary athletic techniques to produce more noticeable results in a shorter amount of time. Our classes are challenging, yet accessible to all. You'll leave feeling accomplished, energized, and worked head-to-toe. Please note: If you have a major injury, we require a doctor's note before you participate in a class or private session. Expecting clients are welcome in group classes up until 20 weeks, after which time you will be required to either take private sessions or join our prenatal classes.
