The Details:

• $15 per child

• Limit of 3 children at a time

• Advance booking required

• Please keep your child at home if he/she has a runny nose, cough, or fever

• If your child is 7 years or older, he/she may wait quietly in the reception free of charge

We know how hard it can be to coordinate a babysitter when all you want to do is get a quick workout in. That's why we offer childcare several times throughout the week, so you can bring your little one, get your sweat on, and be on your way. Our childcare area offers a spacious, safe, and clean environment. All toys are BPA-free and sanitized after each use. For health and safety, we’re currently limiting childcare to one child or one household per hour. We are screen-free unless you specifically ask for your child to use a device to watch a show.

A note from MNT Founder, Elaine Hayes

As a mom of two myself, I understand how important self-care is. When we take good care of ourselves, we're better able to show up for the people we love, especially our children. But finding time to exercise and connect in community can be difficult as a parent. That's why offering a family-friendly environment at MNT is a top priority for me. I have high standards, and I know you do too, so every detail has been thought through in advance with the best interest of your child in mind. Each item in the childcare area is hand-picked by me, including toys and books that my kids, Leo and Sofia, have and love.
