MNT is more than just a place where you go to exercise. It's a community, a place where you can, through exercise and meaningful connections, improve your life and transform into a happier, healthier, more vibrant YOU. 

 

What to expect

We offer four main types of classes: Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, MNTbarre, and Yoga in a clean, chic, and supportive environment. All classes are 50 minutes long, and we require grip socks for all class formats except yoga so that you don't slip (and also to help keep things nice and clean!). Interested in a more intimate, tailored experience? We offer Private Pilates sessions as well. 

Amenities: Yoga and Pilates mats as well as small sweat towels are offered free of charge, so you don't need to worry about bringing one with you. We offer complimentary water stations where you can refill your bottle, and we also sell bottled water and coconut water if you prefer. Light snacks are available for purchase should you need a pick-me-up. We have one shower on-site, and four restrooms, so you never have to wait in line to change or freshen up. Have a little one? We offer childcare during select hours throughout the week. Stay tuned as we roll out that offering in Spring 2017! 

When you walk through the door, you'll always be greeted by our front desk staff who will answer any questions you have, help you get settled and show you where you need to go for your class. The Results

We've found that coming in a couple times a week is fantastic and can definitely help you feel better and boost your energy. But, we've seen best results when you come in 4-5 times per week and enroll in our nutrition program.

Taking Pilates, barre, and yoga 4-5 times a week builds long, lean, muscle mass, resulting in an increased metabolic rate, better tone to muscles, and more energy. All our class formats are "mind-body" types of exercise, meaning they engage not just your body, but your mind as well, and help you become more connected to yourself. With regular and consistent practice, paired with a balanced nutrition plan, you'll find you have more clarity of mind, can handle stress better, sleep better, and feel all-around happier in your everyday life.
